Ownership is built on day one or renegotiated all season. Establishing that positions are not owned must precede the formation, or 3-3-2 gets heard as territory.
5:00 PM – 6:15 PM
• This season balances high-energy fun with real skill development — they feed each other. Regular attendance is what makes both work.
• Everyone learns both offense and defense. Nobody here owns a position — they're all soccer players.
• Once in a while a short reading or lingo sheet comes home, so field time goes to playing instead of vocabulary.
• Sidelines: respect the officials, cheer for effort — every kid, both teams.
• We run Play-Practice-Play: kids jump straight into small games when they arrive. That's the method working, not a missing plan.
