Three-Goal Circuit
Dribble and shoot on the sideline goal, take the keeper's pass and shoot on the big goal, take the next pass and shoot on the far goal — then dribble home.
Three goals in one running loop means rapid shots from fresh angles with no standing around — finishing work that doubles as fitness.
Set up · 3 actions · before the kids arrive
- Grab: Cones, two portable goals, and every ball you have.
- Build: On a half field with a full-size goal — set a portable goal on each sideline about 15 yards from midfield, and place the cones as the diagram shows.
- Place: A keeper in each of the three goals, spare balls stacked at each goal, and the team lined up at midfield with a ball each.

One thing to remember: Rapid shooting on multiple goals — speed of play, shooting form, and a good shot on goal every time.
How it runs — the whole game in one sentence
A three-shot circuit — shoot on the right goal off the dribble, take a keeper's feed for the primary goal, another for the left — then dribble back to the line.
1Organize the players▾
Coach does
Line the team up at midfield with a ball each, put a keeper in all three goals, and stack the spare balls at each goal.
Coach says
One line, right here — ball each. Keepers, all three of you are working.

Coach does
Walk the loop — dribble at the right sideline goal and shoot; take the keeper's feed outside the cone and shoot on the primary goal; take the next keeper's feed outside the cone and shoot on the left goal; then take the last pass around the cone and dribble back to the end of the line.
Coach says
Shot one off the dribble. Keeper feeds you — shot two on the big goal. Next feed — shot three. Then dribble home.
3Play▾
Coach does
Keep the circuit rolling — the next player starts the moment the right-side keeper plays the ball out to the shooter ahead. Push the speed of play.
Coach says
Go the second that first pass comes out! Quick feet, clean strikes.
Look for: Speed without sloppiness — a full-pace run that still ends in a good shot on target every time.
4Switch and repeat▾
Coach does
Run the variations — change the direction of the circuit, and make the players finish with their opposite foot.
Coach says
Flip it — other way around! And this lap, opposite foot only.
If it's not working
If the shots turn into wild swings, take the race out for a lap — same circuit at an easy pace, clean strikes only — then bring the speed back.
Want to go deeper? Optional — not needed to run the game.

What are they learning?
How can I change it?
Harder: Finish with the opposite foot.
